Slow Cooker Pulled Pork Sandwiches

I have had numerous requests to post the pulled pork recipe, so I decided to post this today and tomorrow I'll post the enchilada recipe.

This is my favorite recipe for pulled pork sandwiches. I could eat them all day long! I hope you enjoy them as much as I do!

1 boneless pork shoulder roast, 2 1/2 to 3 lbs. (I use the pork loin roast)
1 cup chopped onion (I used a little less than a cup)
12 oz. of your favorite barbecue sauce (I used Sweet Baby Rays, it's the best!)
3-4 tablespoons of Honey
Dash of hot pepper (I didn't use)

Place pork rast in a lightly greased 31/2 to 5 quart slow cooker.
Combine onion, barbecue sauce, honey and hot pepper.
Pour over Pork Roast.
Cover and cook for 7-9 hours
Shred with a fork, it should just fall apart.
Serve on toasted buns.

I served my pulled pork sandwiches with homemade cole slaw and watermelon today, ENJOY!

Yummy! Thanks for sharing the recipe. I just read your post about your daughter's hair and it reminded me of the time my daughter cut her fringe off when she was about 5, how shocked was I? It took ages to grow back, but you are right, I sort of got used to it how it was lol!

Thanks for the follow, following back ... :0)
